Dr. Stigall was born and raised in Kernersville, North Carolina. Dr. Stigall is a Board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his Doctorate in Dental Surgery degree from Baylor College of Dentistry. Dr. Stigall did his residency at the University of Oklahoma in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. Stigall went into private practice here in Boone in 1984. Dr. Stigall is a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, a part of the Regional Faculty for Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and belongs to a number of organizations:
